Native File Processing
We take documents in a variety of files (Word, Excel, etc.) and convert them into a tiff format. The files are then digitally organized with a base number allowing quick and efficient retrieval.
• Meta Data Extraction: Extract Metadata for electronic documents (aurthor, create date, sent date, etc.) This metadata can be stored in a variety of formats depending on clients needs.

Electronic Deduplication
There are two primary components to our Electronic Deduplication services.
• For files and e-mails that contain evidence, we process the files to reduce redundancy. For example, you might give us a hard drive with 250,000 e-mails, which we may be able to reduce down to a manageable number of say 100,000.
• In some cases, numerous law firms are trying to reach a specific conclusion together and need the same information. Our service can convert the information into tiff files and deduplicate it for more manageability.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
To enhance text searches,we utilize software to make your electronic documents word searchable. OCR can pull the pages where pertinent names, places, social security numbers and more show up.

Image Enhancement for Presentations
Our team ensures documents for presentation or trial boards are clear and legible and that they best serve your needs. We can remove coffee stains, clean up wrinkles, create “call outs” and magnify specific areas making it easier for the jury to view.

Web Repository
Should you have a voluminous amount of information that is too much to bhost on your server, we can store it in E Discovery’s web repository. All files will be easily accessible 24/7, but include password encryption for the
utmost security. This service is also a great benefit for attorneys while working from a remote location.

Bates Labeling
We provide this common labeling service electronically.

Audio Visual Duplication & Conversion
We can convert audio and video cassettes to CD orDVD format.
